Data processing

When Legrant processes personal data on behalf of a customer organisation, the parties intend to enter a data processing agreement covering subject matter, duration, nature and purpose of processing, types of data, data subjects, and subprocessors.

Planned subprocessors include Vercel, Clerk, Neon, Resend, Stripe (when billing is on), Vercel Blob and AI providers reached through Vercel AI Gateway. A live subprocessor list will be maintained for pilot customers.
